As our national security team scrambles to respond, they are forced to rely on Banning's inside knowledge to help retake the White House, save the President, and avert an even bigger disaster.
The Wild side: Olympus Has Fallen is one of two movies arriving in theaters in 2013 that feature a terrorist takeover of the White House. It will beat White House Down to theaters by three months but will ultimately become one of the biggest bombs of the box office of the year 2013, as the movie studio FilmDistrict has no competent publicists of marketing executives - and because White House Down, (directed by Roland Emmerich and starring Channing Tatum), will arrive in theaters during the July 4th, 2013 weekend.
The Movie facts: Gerard Butler has tried to resuscitate a career that has spiraled downward during the past few years, yet fell even further with the December 2012 big screen box office bomb Playing For Keeps.
